Booking Policy

  1. Pay a minimum of 30,000/- per person to Book your tour.
  2. Balance amount to be paid 30 days before departure or the booking will get cancelled without informing.
  3. Book through NEFT/RTGS or with Cash & Cheque favoring “Atlas Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd”. All Major Credit Cards are accepted.
  4. If your booking is routed through our Preferred Sales Agent the tour cost will remain the same as applicable. �If at all you need to pay by cash then the payment should reach our head office at Mumbai only against our official receipt.� If you don\'t follow the above mentioned payment policy and procedure, the company shall not be responsible for the payment.



Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation charges would apply per person if booking is cancelled as per schedule below.
  1. 8000/- per person is NON REFUNDABLE
  2. 50% of the tour cost if cancelled between 15 to 30 days before departure
  3. NO REFUND if cancelled within 15 days of departure.
  4. Date Change Penalty 5000/- per person if made between 15 to 30 days before departure or else the above cancellations shall apply.

Notes

  1. Service Tax 4.50% is applicable.
  2. Umrah Visa (Second entry fees Sr2000/), applicable if travelling second time in one HIJRI year.
  3. *Hotel Distance may vary (Distance given are from outer border of Haram Shareef & Masjid-e-Nabvi)
  4. The tour dates and tour programs are provisional and subject to change without notice.
  5. All services are from Airport Ex India.
  6. Air Ticket Optional
  7. The tour cost are based on US $ @ Rs.67/. Any increase in the given rates at the time of delivery of passport before departures of the tour shall be collected from the passengers as per the prevailing exchange rate of that day. Flight schedule and Itinerary are subject to change without prior notice. Subject to BTQ passengers only. Subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only

  1. Economy class air ticket
  2. Assistance at Jeddah airport
  3. Visas
  4. Stay for 7 days in Makkah & 6/7 days in Madina
  5. Internal transportation by bus in groups
  6. Daily meals - breakfast, lunch & dinner buffet system
  7. Laundry facility
  8. Ziyarat tour of Makkah & Madina
  9. Complimentary items provided by the tour operator
    (Not for child & infant booked without bed)

Tours Exclusions

  1. Room Service
  2. If you travel individually other than group, you will bear the additional transportation charges as per your itinerary
  3. No refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay.
  4. Extra luggage other than mentioned on ticket would be paid by the pilgrim
  5. Tour operator is not responsible for the lost luggage

Requirements

  1. Indian passport valid for at least 6 months having minimum 2 blank pages and 2 white background photographs of size 4x6cm.
